Before a nail is driven or a shovel hits the dirt, your project manager and members of our team meet with vendors and sub-contractors to review plans, specs and any special requirements for each home. Once the pre-construction meeting lays out the plans for your home, we set out to achieve your vision.

KHI will coordinate the inspection from local municipalities — so you are assured your home meets the government's tough standards as well as our own.
